CoreHub is a facility-level edge gateway designed to aggregate SenseTag data and manage structured NanoTag identity binding at production stage. It operates as the fixed edge layer within the PulseFresh system architecture.
CoreHub functions as the structured aggregation and transmission node within facility environments.
It performs two distinct roles:
CoreHub does not perform environmental sensing directly.
It coordinates identity and environmental data layers to ensure transmission integrity.
During production workflows, CoreHub establishes the initial digital twin for every product.
This allows NanoTag to function as a product-bound identity layer across downstream transport and facility phases.
CoreHub does not embed identity logic in the tag itself.
It manages binding and structured transmission to the cloud platform.
In facility environments, CoreHub creates a localized mesh to continuously collect data from distributed environmental sensors.
CoreHub receives Sub-GHz streams from SenseTag devices and forwards structured environmental datasets to the cloud infrastructure.
Built for fixed facility infrastructure, utilizing standard local networks for reliable uplink and continuity.
Network configuration depends on facility infrastructure. CoreHub does not replace transport gateway roles.
Includes backup power support to enable:
Backup functionality supports reporting integrity, not prolonged autonomous operation.
Bluetooth Low Energy is used strictly for:
BLE is not used for environmental sensing.
CoreHub functions as the fixed infrastructure anchor for identity binding and facility aggregation within the PulseFresh architecture.
Facility & production edge gateway
Anchors the physical facility to the cloud, managing both environmental telemetry and production-stage identity bindings.
To maintain system integrity, CoreHub serves strictly as an aggregation and identity management layer. CoreHub does NOT perform:
