Privacy Policy

Last Updated: September 14, 2026

At PulseFresh, we hold the privacy and security of the data you share with us while managing your global supply chain operations in the highest regard. This policy explains how we process your data and protect it under international standards (GDPR & CCPA).

1. What Data Do We Collect?

When you use our platform and hardware, we automatically or manually collect the following types of data to provide our services:

  • Account & Contact Info: Corporate email, first name, last name, title, company details, and billing information.
  • Industrial Telemetry Data: Real-time temperature, humidity, VOC (gas), door status, and seal breach data flowing from our SenseTag, NanoTag, and FleetLink devices.
  • Location Data (GPS): Vehicle location and route history data obtained via FleetLink for fleet tracking.
  • System & Usage Logs: SaaS dashboard login IPs, browser info, and user activity trails (required for Audit Trail standards).

2. For What Purposes Do We Use The Data?

We process the operational and personal data we collect only for lawful, transparent, and specified purposes:

  • To fully provide the autonomous tracking and early warning services under the contract.
  • To generate official audit reports (GDP, HACCP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11) to help you prevent unfair returns.
  • To ensure system security and continuous uptime performance.

3. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Decision Making

PulseFresh uses machine learning algorithms to predict shelf life (FEFO). Temperature and humidity data collected from your field are processed to train our AI model and calculate the spoilage time of your products. During this process, personal data (name, financial data) is never used in AI model training; the analysis is conducted entirely on anonymized 'ambient and product temperature' data.

4. Our Data Security and Encryption Standard

You own your data. The PulseFresh infrastructure is designed with military-grade security principles against industrial espionage and data manipulation.

  • End-to-End Encryption: All sensor data is encrypted at the hardware level (inside CoreHub/LogAll) with the AES-256 algorithm.
  • Secure Communication: All communication with servers is established using the TLS 1.3 security protocol.
  • Immutable Log Architecture: Temperature data and user login logs processed into the system cannot be retrospectively deleted or altered.

5. Data Sharing and Third Parties

PulseFresh NEVER sells customer data to advertisers or data brokers. Your data may only be shared under the following legal and operational necessities:

  • Cloud Infrastructure Providers: Our ISO 27001 certified global server partners where we securely store your data (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure).
  • Legal Obligations: Lawful and valid requests from authorized courts or official regulatory authorities (Ministry of Health, FDA, etc.).
  • API Integrations: To your own ERP or WMS software, solely via API keys generated and authorized by you.

6. Your Rights Under GDPR & CCPA

As a data subject (user), under the European Union GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and relevant laws, you have the following rights:

  • To know what data is being processed about you and to request a copy (Data Portability).
  • To request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • To request the deletion of your data (Right to be Forgotten), provided that legal obligations (e.g., 10-year audit retention rule) have expired.
  • To object to decisions made against you by automated systems (AI).

7. Contact and Data Protection Officer (DPO)
